MODE OF EMPLOY

Metal spraying is the most interesting process used to protect manufactured steel items. Its ductility and easy application properties make it extremely attractive for all industrial labors in series such as the manufacturing of pipes, cylinders, containers, tanks and more. This process, which is called "Metallizing" is very useful for maintenance and repair work.

Metallizing is widely used in the galvanizing process of electrical condensers.

Metal spraying consists in highly pure Zinc Wire being fed into a spray gun where it is melted and sprayed onto the clean surface to be coated. In these guns, Zinc is melted by combustion in an oxygen-acetylene or oxygen-propane fuel or an electric arc; Combustion gases provide the necessary velocity to spray the liquid onto the surface to be treated.
